As you read through eatTALK you will notice a series of recipes interwoven into the blog. These are meals, snacks, and shortcuts we eat and use between some of our more sinful restaurant excursions. Although we are not nutritionists, nor claim to be, with individual awareness of what our bodies respond to and what we each enjoy...we thought, why not share some of these recipes?
