Green Pea Mash

Ingredients
Prep Time: 10 minutes
1 Serving
2/3 Cup Green Peas (Fresh or Frozen)
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cook the peas 3-5 minutes on medium heat in 1/4 to 1/2 cup of boiling water until tender. Drain water and place in a food processor or blender. Puree peas with garlic, oil, and add seasonings to taste (from salt & pepper to chili flakes). Serve warm.

I like simplicity and whether it's butternut squash, lima bean, or even carrots, with a few tweaks in the spices you get a completely new, flavorful dish!
